These General Terms of Use (GTU) aim to define the terms and conditions under which the continuing education services are made available by MGViH, a company whose registered office is located at 707, avenue de Germain.
The term "Services" refers to all content, tools, and educational resources accessible via the mgvih.com website, aimed at promoting skills development and continuous professional learning.
Access to certain Services may require the creation of an Account. The User agrees to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date.
The User is responsible for the confidentiality of their login credentials and for all activities carried out from their Account. MGViH reserves the right to suspend or terminate an Account in case of violation of these GTU.
The User agrees to use the Services strictly within a professional and career development framework, in compliance with applicable laws.
MGViH strives to ensure continuous access to the Services but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability, particularly in case of maintenance, force majeure, or technical problems beyond its control.
MGViH provides educational content to support professional development. The User acknowledges that the acquisition of skills and career advancement prospects depend on their personal involvement and various contextual factors.
The continuing education Services are provided "as is". MGViH gives no warranty, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of the Content for a specific professional objective.
MGViH cannot be held responsible for professional decisions made by the User based on information acquired via the Services. The User assumes full responsibility for the use they make of the knowledge and skills developed.
To the extent permitted by law, MGViH's liability shall in no event be engaged for indirect, consequential, or special damages, including loss of data or career opportunities.
Access to certain training paths may be subject to fees. Prices are indicated in euros inclusive of all taxes (VAT included) and must be paid in full before access begins.
In accordance with French legislation, the User has a withdrawal period of 14 days from the subscription to a paid service. This right does not apply once access to digital content has been activated and used.
MGViH may suspend access to the Services in case of non-payment or breach of the GTU. No partial or pro-rated refund will be granted for suspension periods.
Personal data collected is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, accessible on the policy.html page. It is used for Account management, Service provision, and improving the training experience.
The User has a right to access, rectify, and delete their data by contacting the data protection officer at info@mgvih.com.
These GTU are governed by French law. Any dispute relating to their interpretation or execution shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of MGViH's registered office.
